Alimony and Child Support Income
- Lender’s must verify the most recent six months receipt of income and at least a 3 year continuance
- Cancelled checks
- Bank statements reflecting direct deposits, etc.
- Income and continuance are verified with the following:
- Copy of Divorce Decree
- Order of Child Support
- Payment history from the Friend of the Court or the DA’s office
- Tax returns
- Any other type of written legal agreement or court decree describing the payment terms for alimony or child support.
