Foster care income

Income received from a state or county sponsored organization for the purpose of providing temporary care for one or more children.
  1. Verify the income with letters of verification from the organizations providing the income
  2. Document a two year history of providing foster care services.
  3. If the borrower has received the income less than two years, they must have at least 12 months history and the income cannot represent more than 30% of the total gross income used to qualify.
